Adaware AE License Key
Problem details:
User's imprinted CD Key was not working to license the Adaware AE product.
Solution details:
Explained the license character length should be verified at 25 characters. User confirmed all 25 characters including characters not printed on the same line of text as the remaining license key characters. Installation succeeded.
