Ad-aware Troubleshooting
Problem details:
Customer needed help configuring Ad-aware AE and help configuring the application in general. Customer said that after the program stopped scanning. Customer was using a Windows XP computer.
Solution details:
Connected to the customer's computer. Inspected the current installation of the program. Removed the program and reinstalled it after determining it may be an error in the installation.
