Ad-aware Error 1921
Problem details:
Customer could not uninstall Ad-aware, due to error 1921 appearing. Customer was using a Windows Vista computer.
Solution details:
Connected to the customer's computer with Teamviewer. Ran services.msc, stopped the Ad-aware process. Uninstalled the program normally and was able to resolve the issue.
