Ad-Aware won't run
Problem details:
Customer had Ad-Aware installed, but it disappeared after pop-ups began.
Solution details:
I removed junkware and startup programs; cleaned up programs installed, and reinstalled Ad-Aware Free, and the customer didn't have his license key so he had to follow up with Lavasoft Customer Support to get his key, and I instructed him to contact me if he needed help.
