Ad-Aware Scan closes
Solution details:
Customer initially connected complaining of a virus on his system. Remoted in. Discovered new version of Ad-Aware... Scan closes after completion and one cannot view what was detected. I don't suspect a virus on the machine; instead, this is a known conflict with the Norton Software. Lavasoft has not addressed this issue yet.
