Problem details:
Ad-Aware would not install, PC was infected and sluggish and in need of virus removal and a tune up.
Solution details:
Rolled back to a previous version of Ad-Aware, removed all traces of malware and potentially unwanted programs, repaired virus-related issues, and generally cleaned up and updated the operating system.
