Ad-Aware Pro cannot remove viruses
Problem details:
Customer had pre-existing virus problems before she purchased and installed Ad-Aware Pro.
Solution details:
I had her boot into safe mode with networking, remoted in, cleared out all remnants of infection, rebooted, and setup Daily Smart and Weekly Full scans in Ad-Aware. I also started the installation for IE 8, as the customer was still using IE 7. All is well.
