AV Security Suite
Problem details:
Ann is having issues the AV Security Suite malware infection.
Solution details:
Since I couldn't remotely access Ann's computer, she got on another computer and I instructed her on how to get into Safe Mode and do a System Restore. When the virus was removed, I remotely accessed it and verified the virus was gone.
