i just moved from windows 2000 to 7 & have had quite a learning curve of difficulties. the agent i spoke with today was not only able to help me understand *what* i was trying to say, but also to help me solve the issues i had been wrangling. superb!

he was not able to help me resolve my problem. I had to call a 3rd time and will try that person's recommendations. I do not think this PC purchase is going to work out. Geeks do not really know what is wrong.
