Trendon knows what he is doing. I have worked with tech support people for 25 years and Trendon is by far the best I have encountered. When he says it's fixed...it's fixed. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Mike Lewisville, TX. 

Great service. Trendon cleaned my computer after it got a very nasty virus.. Didn't take to much time, and the price was better than any other on or offline offers. 

still a couple of issues unresolved 

Very efficient resolution to my computer virus problem on a holiday. Well worth the money to not lose work time while the computer was in the shop. Answered all my questions and set the computer up to prevent future similar issues. 

I don't care that I had to pay$65...it was WORTH IT to have someone who knows exactly what they're doing resolve my issues rather than me keep screwing it up to fix it myself!  Very happy :)

Trenton S (Dr Tech) was extremely helpful.  My computer had a virus (the first I ever had in 10 years) and it was causing me extreme anxiety.  The Dr was very patient, and even though it took a lot of time, spread over 2 days, the Dr came through for me.

Didn't state any info I hadn't already heard. Typed brb, and never returned. He ended the chat with me to help someone else. Even now where it says certified experts the icon shows he's busy with someone.
