Once I was able to provide token, things began to happen. I had no idea the AD-Aware and the subsequent Tune-up would take nearly 8 hours. Thank goodness we started late after my work schedule and finished somewhere in the wee hours of the morning.

Although I didn't want to spend quite that much -we seem to have resolved malware issues. I do need to ask/find out how long this papyment is good for though. We still have an HP 1315 All in one printer issue. It reloads everytime we log on.

Once we had both agreed that the problem was resolved, I shut down th computer and re-booted it. The problem with IE returned. I then went into the settings for the Browser Security and cleared the cache. My IE functionality has not stopped since.
