Virus problem, escalated SP2 upgrade stuffed BIOS. Tried option to unistall SP2 but required access to the C drive so failled. Rescuing files and UpGrade to W7 if we can. Was expecting further contact as agreed hence 3. Not your fault SP2 stuffed. Knowledgeable:
